Admission Fee
　The admission fee is as follows:
　3,000 yen per vehicle

　
　
Regarding Admission
　You are not permitted to arrive at the venue the day before.
　Waiting on the street is also prohibited.
　　　　

Parking Information
　Due to space limitations at the venue, please park your trucks and passenger cars in separate parking areas.
　We will not accommodate requests for specific parking spaces.
　Please turn off your engine while inside the venue.
　The area around the venue is a major road with heavy traffic, so please refrain from parking on the street.

　　　　

Noise countermeasures
　Street protests, 
　revving your engine, 
　yelling horns,
　flashing red lights, 
　and reckless driving 
　are strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue, on surrounding roads, and in urban areas.

　Taking videos outside the event venue or waving at trucks is prohibited as it creates noise.

　You are not allowed to park on surrounding roads, near private homes, or in commercial facilities to view the trucks.

　Do not smoke while walking or litter cigarette butts.
　Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
　
　
　
About garbage
　Please take your trash and cigarette butts with you.

　
　
About barbecue

　Any problems that occur inside or around the venue should be resolved between the parties involved.
　The organizers will not be held responsible.
　Please follow the instructions of the staff at and near the event venue.
　Anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave.
