About admission fees
　The admission fees are as follows:
　　3,000 yen per truck.
　　1,000 yen per passenger cars.
　　　　
　

About parking
　Due to venue constraints, truck entry may be restricted or denied depending on congestion levels or the time of arrival.
　Drivers of trucks and buses, please enter the Tajima Airport East Parking Lot.
　If the Tajima Airport East Parking Lot is full, please enter the temporary truck parking area.
　Please direct passenger cars to the passenger car parking area.
　Parking on the street is prohibited.
　Parking in the Tajima Airport parking lot, on private property, or on sidewalks is prohibited.

Important Information Regarding Airport Facilities
　Do not fly drones in no-fly zones.
　The use of items that could interfere with flight—such as fireworks, kites, frisbees, and balls—is prohibited.
　You must not enter restricted areas or off-limits zones at the airfield.
　
　
　　　　
Noise countermeasures
　Street protests,
　revving your engine,
　yelling horns,
　flashing red lights, 
　and reckless driving 
　are strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue, on surrounding roads, and in urban areas.

　Taking videos outside the event venue or waving at trucks is prohibited as it creates noise.

　You are not allowed to park on surrounding roads, near private homes, or in commercial facilities to view the trucks.
　　　

　

About smoking
　Do not smoke while walking or litter cigarette butts.
　
　

About use of fire
　Barbecuing is prohibited on the premises.

　
　
About garbage

Regarding Trouble
　Any problems that occur inside or around the venue should be resolved between the parties involved.
　The organizers will not be held responsible.
　Please follow the instructions of the staff at and near the event venue.
　Anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave.
