Admission Fee
　The admission fees are as follows:
　Vehicle display fee: 5,000 yen per vehicle.
　Passenger fee: 1,000 yen per person.
　Visitors fee: 1,000 yen per person.
　(Free admission for junior high school students and younger)
　　
　Swap meets are permitted using vehicle spaces.
　Please keep the swap meet within limits that do not block the passageway.

　
　
Vehicles that can be exhibited
　Vehicles manufactured during the Showa era, and commercial vehicles of the same model as those manufactured during the Showa era.
　(Including modified vans and trucks)
　
　※ Vehicles transported by car carriers are permitted.
　※ Transportation by car carrier is permitted.
　※ Illegally modified vehicles and motorcycles cannot be displayed.
　※ Vehicles with temporary license plates cannot be displayed.
　※ Buses up to 9m in length can be displayed.

Regarding Admission
　Entry is permitted from 9:00 AM.
　The event will run from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
　　(We will clean up the venue at 4:00 PM.)
　
　The venue entrance will be closed from 6:00 PM the day before until 9:00 AM on the day of the event.
　※Please adjust your schedule by stopping at service areas or roadside rest stops.

　
　
Regarding the access road
　To enter the event venue, turn left when coming from the direction of the Susono Interchange.
　To exit, turn left and head towards Gotemba.

　

Noise countermeasures
　Street protests,
　revving your engine,
　yelling horns,
　flashing red lights, 
　and reckless driving 
　are strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue, on surrounding roads, and in urban areas.

　Taking videos outside the event venue or waving at trucks is prohibited as it creates noise.

　You are not allowed to park on surrounding roads, near private homes, or in commercial facilities to view the trucks.
　　　

 


About taking photos and videos
　Occupying entrances and exits to the event venue, public roads, and sidewalks, as well as taking videos or photos while seated, is prohibited.



About parking
　Visitor parking is available in Parking Lot 1, Parking Lot 3, and Parking Lot 7.
　Other parking lots are unavailable.

About smoking
　Smoking is prohibited everywhere except in designated smoking areas.
　※The nearest smoking area is near Tokinosumika Parking Lot 1.
　
　
　
About garbage
　Please take your trash and cigarette butts with you.

　
　
About barbecue
　We prohibit any activities involving fire, including barbecues, including those on the back of trucks.

　Driving under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.

Regarding Trouble
　Any problems that occur inside or around the venue should be resolved between the parties involved.

　Please follow the instructions of the staff at and near the event venue.
　Anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave.
