This is an invitation-only event
　This event is invitation-only.
　Please be sure to bring your invitation to the event venue.
　Only the original invitation bearing the chairman's seal will be accepted.
　You will not be admitted without an invitation.
　An invitation is not required if you are arriving by car.

　
　　
Regarding Admission Fees
　The admission fees are as follows:
　The fee for trucks is indicated on your invitation.
　The fee for passenger cars is 1,000 yen per vehicle.
 　　
　
　
Regarding entry
　Please follow the instructions of the staff upon entry.
　Vehicles equipped with propaganda vehicles or flashing lights are not permitted entry.
　Trailers are only permitted if they are not towed by a trailer.
　Please remove any flashing lights before entering.
　Please adhere to the designated entry time.
　
　
　

Regarding parking
　Passenger cars should park in a separate parking area from the event venue.
　Parking in public facilities, commercial facilities, or on the street is prohibited.
　
　　　　　　　

Noise countermeasures
　Street protests, 
　revving your engine, 
　yelling horns,
　flashing red lights, 
　and reckless driving 
　are strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue, on surrounding roads, and in urban areas.

　Taking videos outside the event venue or waving at trucks is prohibited as it creates noise.

　You are not allowed to park on surrounding roads, near private homes, or in commercial facilities to view the trucks.
　


　　
　
About smoking
　Do not smoke while walking or litter cigarette butts.
　Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
　
　
　
About garbage
　Please take your trash and cigarette butts with you.

　
　
About barbecue
　We prohibit any activities involving fire, including barbecues, including those on the back of trucks.
　
　
　　
About drinking
　Driving under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
　
　
　
Regarding Trouble
　Any problems that occur inside or around the venue should be resolved between the parties involved.
　The organizers will not be held responsible.
　Please follow the instructions of the staff at and near the event venue.
　Anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave.
