Admission Information

 Turning on or flashing lights when entering or exiting the venue is prohibited. 

 Entry is permitted from 1:00 PM on December 31st.

 Please feel free to turn on your own lights from 6:00 PM on December 31st.

 Please cooperate by turning on all lights in all vehicles during the countdown.

　
　　　
Noise Control Measures

 Bubble honking is prohibited except during the midnight countdown.

 Street demonstrations, revving engines, honking horns, flashing red lights, and reckless driving are strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue, on surrounding roads, and in urban areas.

 Videography and hand waving outside the venue are prohibited as they cause noise.

 Parking on surrounding roads, under the eaves of private homes, or in commercial facilities to see off the participants is prohibited.

Smoking

 Do not smoke while walking or throw away cigarettes.
　
　
　
Trash

No open flames allowed

 Open flames are strictly prohibited at the event venue.

Alcohol Concerns

 Sale of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol are strictly prohibited.
　
　
　
Regarding Trouble

 The organizers assume no responsibility for any trouble inside or outside the venue.

 Please follow the instructions of staff at the venue.

 Those who do not follow staff instructions or who do not observe common sense or good manners may be asked to leave the venue.
