　Trucks are only accessible by invitation.

Regarding the Venue
　As the venue is rented from a government agency, please strictly adhere to the following precautions.
　
　Please cooperate so that we can hold the event again next time.

　Please leave the premises completely by 5:00 PM.
　
　
　
Parking Notes
　Parking on the streets, sidewalks, and in commercial facilities around the venue is prohibited. 

　Passenger cars will be parked in a separate parking lot from trucks.

　A shuttle bus will run from the passenger car parking lot to the venue.
　
　The shuttle bus operates from 7am to 10am and from 3pm to 5pm.

　When you arrive at the venue, please check in at the reception desk.

　Please be sure to wear the wristband provided to you at reception.

Entry Route
　This event has a designated entry route.
　
　All vehicles should enter from the traffic light in front of Seicomart.
　
　
　　　
Noise Caution
　Street protests, 
　revving your engine, 
　yelling horns, 
　flashing red lights, 
　and reckless driving 
　are strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue, on surrounding roads, and in urban areas.

　Please refrain from filming videos or waving outside the venue, as these actions will cause noise pollution.
　　
　
　　
Idling Stop
　In winter, the air is dry. 
　To prevent fires, please stop idling your engine. Open flames are strictly prohibited.
　
　
　
　
　　
　
Smoking
　Smoking is prohibited within the event venue.

 The organizers assume no responsibility for any trouble inside or outside the venue.

 Please follow the instructions of staff at the venue.

 Those who do not follow staff instructions or who do not observe common sense or good manners may be asked to leave the venue.
