Regarding the trucks that can enter
　Tracks that are not affiliated with a club are not allowed to enter.

　

About admission fees
　The admission fees are as follows:

　This event spans two days.

About admission
　Entering private property or fields near the venue is strictly prohibited.
　Parking on the street is prohibited.
　There are limited parking spaces for passenger cars, so please carpool if possible.
　Trucks cannot be moved or the vehicle removed until the night scene is over.　　　　
　
　
　
Noise countermeasures
　Street protests,
　revving your engine,
　yelling horns,
　flashing red lights, 
　and reckless driving 
　are strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue, on surrounding roads, and in urban areas.

　Taking videos outside the event venue or waving at trucks is prohibited as it creates noise.

　You are not allowed to park on surrounding roads, near private homes, or in commercial facilities to view the trucks.
　
　Please turn off the engine except during night scenes.
　　　
　

　

About smoking
　Smoking is prohibited on the premises, including e-cigarettes.
　Do not smoke while walking or litter cigarette butts.
　
　
　
About garbage
　Please take your trash and cigarette butts with you.

　
　
About using fire
　Barbecues and any food or drink consumed with open flames are prohibited within the venue.
　
　
　　
About drinking
　Driving under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
　
　
　
Regarding Trouble
　Any problems that occur inside or around the venue should be resolved between the parties involved.
　The organizers will not be held responsible.
　Please follow the instructions of the staff at and near the event venue.
　Anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave.
