　Passenger cars can enter without an invitation.



About admission fees
　The admission fees are as follows:
　　3,000 yen per truck.
　　Free admission for passenger cars,but please make a charitable donation.
　　　
　
　
About the access road
　Large trucks and buses cannot enter due to the narrow access road.
　Trucks must follow the route shown on the map.
　Directional signs will be installed along National Route 306 in the Tagake area.
　
　
　


　

About parking
　Only trucks are permitted to enter the event venue.
　Please park passenger vehicles in the parking lot on the north side of the venue.
　The event venue and the passenger vehicle parking lot are connected by stairs.

　

About Admission
　Entry for trucks begins at 3:00 PM.
　Modified motorcycles, illegally modified vehicles,dekochari, and children's remote-controlled vehicles are not permitted.
　Pets are not allowed.

　
　
Event Schedule
　The Bon Odori festival takes place from 18:30 to 21:30.
　Cleanup of the event venue will begin at 22:00.
　The Bon Odori festival will be cancelled in the event of rain, but will proceed in light rain.
　
　
　　　　
Noise countermeasures
　Street protests,
　revving your engine,
　yelling horns,
　flashing red lights, 
　and reckless driving 
　are strictly prohibited inside and outside the venue, on surrounding roads, and in urban areas.

　Photography on the road or outside the venue is prohibited.
　Photography at the event venue entrance is prohibited.
　Do not wait in convenience store parking lots to take photos.
　Do not wave at passing trucks to signal for a horn blast.
　　
　

　

About smoking
　Do not smoke while walking or litter cigarette butts.
　Please smoke inside the car.
　
　
　
About garbage
　Please take your trash and cigarette butts with you.
　
　
　
About barbecue
　We prohibit any activities involving fire, including barbecues, including those on the back of trucks.
　Food trucks are set up here, so please feel free to use them.
　
　　　
About drinking
　Driving under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
　
　
　
Regarding Trouble
　Any problems that occur inside or around the venue should be resolved between the parties involved.
　The organizers will not be held responsible.
　Please follow the instructions of the staff at and near the event venue.
　Anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave.
